Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it for you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened personal care products or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Please check the product listing for details.
